A: Sanitrance is simply a mashup of the two words ‘sanity’ & ‘trance’. I’ve always held a fascination with the mind and psyche; The cause and effect from internal/external factors for human behavior is just so compelling to me. What is sanity? The mind can be your sanctuary or your prison. Trance is a nod towards the tendency of losing oneself in thought and musing. Q: Why don't you have more artwork? Why aren't you more active? A: Firstly, I work full-time and am also a student so more times than not, I am busy with other responsibilities outside of art. Secondly, I spent my younger years severely crippled by poor mental health.

Hello everyone, Sani here with some questions I’d like for you to answer. I’ve been out of the art game for quite some time until very recently, slowly making my return. Naturally, I’ve been out of practice. While I am happy to be drawing & posting again, I’ve come to feel as though my art is lacking. Be it execution, colors, lighting; I can’t quite place it. But I want to work hard to improve myself. That’s where you guys come in - So I ask you, What are aspects of my art that you like? What are aspects of my art you feel I could improve on?
